ClearVision Optical – A business to business eyewear distributor and manufacturer producing house and licensed brand product. Campaigns directed at thousands of national optical retailers to work in conjunction with corporate sales team efforts.

Direct Mail Print and Digital Email Blast Promotion

Goal: Promote company sales programs to retail stores.

Solution: Create a marketing campaign around a superhero theme utilizing bold visuals and engaging copy. Apply the campaign look to direct mail postcards and email blasts and deploy monthly, rolling out one sales program at a time. Postcards mailed to a list of current customers as well prospects. Emails deployed to current customers and prospects and click to a "Make an Appointment" page on the company website.

Philanthropic Luxury Brand Digital and POS Promotion

Brands: ClearVision Optical/BCBG Maxazria/Susan G. Komen

Goal: Promote the B to B sale of designer brand sunglasses with an emphasis on its philanthropic aspect while adhering to strict brand guidelines from both BCBG and Susan G. Komen.

Solution: Art direction of a photoshoot to showcase the frames. Work with a writer to come up with an impassioned headline and design the headline "lock-up" to be used across the promotional materials. 

Design an eye-catching point of sale frame display that also presents all of the pertinent information. Design an in-store poster showcasing the two frame styles. Design an email blast and complimentary website landing page to allow retailers to order the frames online. 

Announcement Video

Brand: Marc Ecko Cut & Sew

Goal: Announce the launch of an eyewear consumer website from the Marc Ecko Cut & Sew brand via video.

Solution: Create a short promotional video for the launch of the consumer facing eyewear website featuring a virtual try-on (VTO) feature. Use existing video footage, screen grabs, and typographic brand elements as part of the overall design. Utilize brand appropriate background music. Drive viewers to the website as well as to the brand's Facebook page. Deploy video via email blasts and social media pages.


Social Media Halloween Contest

Goal: Convert the existing annual customer Halloween mail-in photo contest into a digital social media engagement contest. Drive customers to the company's Facebook page and engage them in contest participation. 

Solution: Come up with a contest name that combines both the Halloween theme and the social media theme. Develop a series of email blasts promoting the Facebook Halloween costume photo contest. The email blasts click-to the company Facebook page where entrants can post their photos with comments. The emails span the lifecycle of the contest, starting with a coming soon message and ending with a call for votes message. The contest was a success, resulting in many new page likes and has continued to run on an annual basis.

Catalog App

Goal: Highlight on-trend frames in an app environment.

Solution: Using the Mag+ Adobe InDesign plug-in software, design an "editorial looking" interactive multi-page app layout. Layout includes pop-ups and overlays tying the frames to current fashion trends. The app was promoted via email blasts for download on the iTunes store and downloaded by retailers and consumers.
